Urethane Cups
Conical cups are constructed of high-grade abrasion- and chemical-resistant solid-cast polyurethane. Sizes 2 in through 14 in are manufactured for center-rod-type pigs with a center hole, and sizes 16 in through 48 in with a bolting pattern configuration. The conical design provides a larger wear surface for longer runs, and a smaller bolt circle for better sealing, more flexibility, and the ability to negotiate up to 15% reductions and deformations in nominal-size pipe. Options include varying durometers (hardness) and customized dimensions for special pigging applications.
