Pig Manufacturing All Under One Roof
Since 1995, every pig we’ve sold has been manufactured in the USA. From one location in Texas, we make every major style of pipeline pig and the components that keep them running. We supply customers around the world. Keeping manufacturing in-house means we control quality, hold inventory and turn standard and custom orders around quickly.

What We Manufacture In-House
Our own foam mixing and pour equipment produces light, medium, heavy and special densities. Standard designs include bar, criss-cross, wire-brush, total-wire, silicon carbide and plastic bristle.
Cup, disc, combination and modular designs, all cast from polyurethane. Most accept brushes and transmitters.
2 in to 56 in nominal sizes in cup, disc, conical, multi-disc, articulated and dual-diameter configurations, with brushes, blades, gauging plates and magnets.
Carbon steel, stainless steel and Postran brushes in wire-wheel, circular-hub, wrap-around and spring-loaded designs, for our pigs and other manufacturers’ pigs.
Cups, discs, blades and gauging plates, with standard 80 Shore A polyurethane or neoprene, EPDM, Buna-N, Hypalon and Viton.
Common sizes and styles on the shelf, ready to ship nationwide.
We inspect raw materials, including chemicals, when they arrive. Test reports such as mill test, hydrostatic and stress reports are kept on file and available on request. Our chemical supplier also tests our materials throughout the year.
When no standard pig fits, we design one and build it in-house.
