Past projects include combining soft foam with medium- or heavy-density foam to accommodate dual-diameter pipelines, lower-pressure operation, and wider operating ranges. We also make reinforced pull pigs designed to be pulled through pipelines or to pull other equipment through them. Sizing pigs, which verify a line's true bore before larger or more rigid equipment is run, can also be built as a custom foam pig. Transmitter cavities hold transmitters so pigs can be tracked during a run. For foam pigs, we offer a threaded pipe-cap style for lower-intensity runs and a more flexible urethane-flanged cover for demanding applications. Pull pig assemblies feature reinforced inserts that allow pigs to be pulled through pipelines using winches or other equipment. These models typically use steel cables, available in different sizes and strengths, rather than handling ropes.
