Launchers and receivers, an almost "must" for pigging operations, offer a more practical and safer method for launching and retrieval of pipeline pigs, and are now available for RENT. This is ideal for "one-time" uses.
Rental periods include daily, weekly, and monthly rates, and can also be applied to sale price if customer desires to purchase unit.
Units are constructed of carbon-steel and equipped with all connections for turnkey use, including waterworks applications. Also, having a hinged threaded closure allows for QUICK and easy access versus blind-flange connecitons.
Stock sizes range from 2” to 36” and are rated at ANSI 150. For higher-pressure applications, adapter flanges are available. Pig Detector adaptors are also available to ensure successful launching and retrieval of pig.
Standard dimensions allow for pig launching and retrieval of foam pigs, steel-mandrel pigs, and solid-cast pigs. For sphere applications, launching braces are available.
Rental prices below are shown in units of "EACH". Therefore, if a launcher AND receiver are required, quantity needed would be TWO.
Rental period begins the date customer receives launcher/receiver and ends the date customer ships launcher/receiver (transit time is NOT charged).
Customer will be charged for individual components or entire launcher/receiver if returned damaged.
