The standard rental launchers and receivers are rated for ANSI 150 service, which is more than adequate for off-line pigging services.  They are available in sizes 2” to 36” and are outfitted with closures for ease in loading and unloading pigs from the launchers/receivers.  Each unit can be used as a launcher or receiver and has gauge, vent and drain connections.  They can also be modified to fit specific customer’s needs, such as mating to higher-pressure piping as well as customized lengths and configurations. 

  
Rental pig trackers come complete with one transmitter and two receiver units / wands (as pictured), along with receiver-unit shoulder straps, transmitter and receiver batteries, complete instruction manual, spare transmitter o-ring, and sturdy carrying case.  Additional transmitters, wands and receivers are available upon request.  The transmitters are available in four different sizes and battery life (55-hour, 60-hour, 200-hour and 500-hour).  There is no minimum rental period so you can use for only one day if necessary and no portal-to-portal charges.

The rental steel pigs are available for immediate delivery in all of our standard designs (BGC-2, BGC-4, BGD-2, BGD-4, WWB, SRB, LRB, MD, MDB, VP-2BA, VP-3BA, VP-4BA, VP-2BR, VP-3BR, VP-4BR, VP-2BL, VP-3BL, VP-4BL) in sizes 2” to 48”.  Simply purchase the consumable components (such as cups, discs, brushes, gauging plate, etc.) and rent the steel body for a very minimal fee which results in a much less costly overall alternative to purchasing the entire pig.
