Solid-Cast Modular Pigs
The solid-cast modular consist of all parts (sealing elements, shaft, spacers, etc.) manufactured from polyurethane. As with the standard one-piece solid-cast pig, this equates to a lighter pig, allowing for longer runs and a more even wear on the sealing elements. And with its modular design, worn components can be replaced for cost-effectiveness. Sizes range from 2" to 48" with various configurations, including cup, disc, and combination, and some styles can be equipped with brushes for cleaning operations.
