DDP Dual-Diameter Pig

The DDP Pig consists of a high-strength plastic shaft body equipped with conical cups and slotted discs. The design allows for slotted discs to fold and be housed inside of conical cup during smaller diameter sections, thereby protecting and minimizing wear on discs. This also minimizes bypass during transitions.

Options and other configurations include carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum body; cups and discs manufactured from polyurethane of varying durometers (hardness); carbon-steel, stainless steel, prostran brushes or polyurethane blades (larger sizes); circular or spring-loaded brush design; aluminum or steel gauging plate of varying thickness, with or without slots; two-cup, three-cup or four-cup pig design; transmitter or pinger cavity; magnets; customized dimensions for special pigging applications.
